A home built on
compassion and care.

1st Blessed Adult Family Home was founded on a simple belief: that every senior deserves personalized attention in a real home — not a facility. Here's our story.

— Our Story

We started small — and that was always the plan.

1st Blessed Adult Family Home was born from a personal experience with senior care — seeing firsthand how large facilities, despite their best intentions, can leave residents feeling anonymous and overlooked. We knew there had to be a better way.

"We wanted to create the kind of home we'd want for our own parents — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring."

Located in a quiet Everett neighborhood, our home is licensed by the State of Washington to care for up to six residents at a time. That limit isn't a constraint — it's a commitment. Six residents means every person is known, every preference is remembered, and every day is intentional.

Today, we serve seniors and their families across Marysville, Everett, Arlington, Lake Stevens, and the surrounding communities — offering a level of care that feels personal because it is.

— Our Values

The principles behind everything we do.

These aren't mission statement words. They're the decisions we make every morning when our residents wake up and every evening before they go to sleep.

01

Dignity in every interaction

We treat every resident as we would our own family — with patience, respect, and genuine warmth in every moment of every day.

02

A true home environment

We intentionally cap our home at six residents. Not because we have to — because real care requires real presence, and presence requires limits.

03

Consistent, familiar faces

Residents see the same caregivers daily. Consistency isn't just comfortable — it's a cornerstone of quality dementia and elder care.

04

Family as partners

Families are not visitors — they are part of the care team. Open communication, open door visits, and regular updates are our standard.
