Welcome to 1st Blessed: A New Chapter in Senior Care

A home, not a facility

When you walk through our front door, you will not find a nurse's station, long linoleum hallways, or the hum of institutional machinery. You will find a living room, a kitchen that smells like home, and a dining table where everyone knows your name.

1st Blessed Adult Family Home in Everett, Washington is licensed by the State of Washington to care for up to six residents at a time. That number is intentional — it is the single most important design decision we made.

Why six residents?

In a six-person home, caregivers know every resident by name, voice, preference, and routine. That is not a figure of speech — it is simply what the math allows.

Larger facilities trade intimacy for efficiency. We made the opposite choice. Six residents means consistent caregivers, personalized routines, and a genuine sense of belonging.
